These shoes are going for 1 mil on my server... Does anyone know what is so special about them??? They are LV51 with 8DEF... and thats it.

I would appreciate it if people checked to see how much they are on thier sever (other than Lakshmi)

they boost monk kick attack damage and dragon kick WS
its droped by cacutar NM and i have killed that NM twice but no drop
i think they sell for 700k in ragnarok? never checked the AH since long time.
