Simple ways to improve /THF.

Whats this assumption that If I pull 5k-6k exp an hour I dont talk. I play with my RLGF and Static PLD we met, and we joke around so much we scare drks away. Social aspects of the game dont have to be seperate from good xping.

Sorry to let you know but Pld/Whm is not good hands down.

Pld whm loses provoke, defender, atk bonous, def bonous, hp, the list goes on. The only thing people try to defend Pld/Whm with is hate generating Curaga spells but the fact is they wouldnt generate hate if they heal everyone for 0 - So unless if your paladin isnt keeping the hate (which is the point) and hes jumping around and hitting everyone curaga wouldnt generate any hate. So the whole idea behind Pld/whm is lame, besides that fact Defender is VERY important to Pld.

That's right, my Nin is only 10 after a few days of playing Nin, because I'm 5% xping. But since XP matters so little to me, I really don't mind.

Besides, my Nin is 10, I don't consider Nin my main, that would be either WHM or BST at the moment. Nin I play for fun solely, in a set party that doesn't mind to see a Nin not tanking . For 5% xping, getting to level 30 was actually a pretty big deal, I honestly never expected to play long enough to get there. But as neat as it is to get new levels/abilities, it really is minor to me.

As far as not knowing much, I beg to differ on that point.

Well firstly level 10 a Ninja can tank but wouldnt be considered one since they havent even recieved blink and they really dont true tanks in my opinion till 37 when they get the ni series. So with your highest job 30 you probably wouldnt know this.

At level 10 any melee can tank - depends who has the better gear. Basically any crappy combo you pick can fly till about 30... So yes you dont know what you are talking about.

This is my last post here, I don't want to get this into a personal debate. You fail to understand one thing. I don't care about being the best XP machine I can be. That isn't in the least fun to me. Sure any 'crappy combo can fly to 30'. Great, I don't really care if I get any other job past that. I don't care about XPing. If I cared about XPing, I'd only play my BRD/WHM to get as many parties as possible, and only join parties of perfeclty ideal members.

But I don't. I care about having fun with other people. Getting huge XP numbers isn't necessarily fun to me. Spending my time crafting, talking on my LSs, and questing are far more entertaining to me.

But hey, I by no means question your choice to like XP. For that, yes.../WAR is the best Nin combo. But that is hardly the point of this thread, now is it? It's about /Thf, and suggestions thereof. I personally apologize for contributing to driving this thread off topic, and won't post here again. I'd like others to move this thread back to it's original purpose, thank you.
