Ok, I'm a bit confused... when you all are talking about rice ball prices and stuff, is all this necessary JUST for utesemi, or for getting ALL scrolls?

If it's the latter, then how much fame is required for Utesemi?

Also, does the same NPC give you all the scroll quests?

I guess I'm just confused about how you get the ninja scroll quests. One at a time, or can you accept several at once?

the rice balls are the main way to judge your Norg fame short of actually going there.

When your Norg fame is enough to make rice balls in Jueno drop to <155 you should have enough fame for Tonko: Ichi and (maybe, it's currently in contention) Utsusemi: Ichi. They are given by different ppl btw.

Ok that helps, but do you have to do Tonko: Ichi before you can get the quest for Utusemi: Ichi? Or can they both be taken at same time?

Also, basically, to get ANY of the scroll quests, you have to have extremely high Teshendo fame (ie Rice is < 155)

tonko has lower fame requirement than utsusemi that's why I listed it first, but they are unrelated. If your fame is high enough, you could skip tonko and go directly to utsu. I don't know the fame requirements for the other scroll quests, but by the time I got access to utsu, I had them opened as well.

Yes you are quite a ways off from enough fame.
1 run of the zinc quest will drop the riceball price roughly 1gil.
Doing zinc quest 30 times is recommended.

Yeah, I did the zinc ore quest 30 times and the joined Tenshodo. Got both quests first time i went there.
