Ninjitsu Quest from NPC "Shivivi" in Norg

Does anyone know what do you need to have in your possession in order for Shivivi (Norg, J-8) to offer you his ninjitsu quest?

The Bilingual site hasn't translated this quest yet, and when I ran the Japanese text into a translator, it said I need to have "the wet roll" or "the rolls which gets wet" in my possesion in order for him to offer me the quest. Does anyone knows the english name for the "wet roll" and/or what section of the Auction House it is sold in?

Note, I have Tenshodo/Norg fame (already got blink done and even got Leviathan summon quest) so that's not the problem.

It's a "Damp Scroll" and you can fish it up in Sea Serpent's Grotto.

Here's a list of rod/bait combos that will allow you to fish it up. I haven't tried it since i'm not high enough level to sit in the grotto and fish without being aggroed.
