Is it possible to support your Ninja?

I was wondering if it is possible to take the Ninja job and be able to support it with out having a higher level job to farm gil for the materials?

Definitely, if you know what you're going after and you have a plan. My friend farms the Horutoto ruins, I don't think that there's anything he fights that a lv 10 can't waste easily. Granted, there are probably places that you can make a lot more money, but he rakes in a good $30k per hour without selling any crystals.

Well, it's obviously not the gil that the monsters drop, because at 15 gil a gobbie you'll be there a long time. He basically just kills all the bombs in the cracks in the walls, and all the goblins in the area and makes laps back and forth, doubling back st the critters respawn. The stacks of wild onions and bomb ash go for a lot, or so he says.

Then again, he may be exaggerating a little. Still, he does quite well massacring those poor little goblins.

Yeah I'd say its doable. You just have to be willing to put aside xping to 'go to work' making gil every other night. There is another thread about making gil as well, check it out.
