this is where play style sets you apart. there's like 4 blms in my LS and they all play differently from how i play...whether that's good or bad, i don't know...

but seriously, what do you expect? as a blm, there are certain equipment pieces that optimizes your performance...do you not expect people to strive to obtain these pieces? or are you expecting the same stats on different equipment just so there can be more variety in character models? even so, in the 70s, we have access to a lot of different equipment...the 4 blms in my LS and myself never ever look alike. some wear zenith, some wear igqira, some wear errant...and i'm stuck in the black cloak because i'm only 70 .

though i agree that often times, you'll see many people who look the same and wear the same gear although its a totally different story when you're partied with them. just because two people have exactly the same equipment doesn't mean they'll perform exactly the same. again, play style sets you apart.

The purpose of this topic was probably to piss people off, i highly doubt he is doing BLM/NIN for EXP'ing purposes.

Might any of you have any information regarding the two classes being used in conjunction with one another?

You can only do damage you can't be versitile at all. ICHI elemental "enfeebles" are a joke and a waste of time to spend casting, its not going to give you uber super awesome damage.

You don't get higher evasion since your evasion from blm/xxx is higher than xxx/nin, the only way you would get more is with enfeeble gear or /thf for Evasion Boost Job Traits.

You don't get access to poisona to remove poison from yourself, stoneskin, blink, paralyna, or cures unless you are planning to heal yourself with drain.

You do get two wands on your hip but an extra int+4 or something isn't going to be a make or break considering what you will be missing from /whm or /rdm. Do what you want I guess.
