Hey all....This has got me discouraged, i want to make a ninja BADLY:mad: :mad: :mad:

but the thing thats stopping me is, THEY ARE TOO EXPENSIVE!!!! it seems like the only way i will ever get a ninja is if i had a super rich friend who could give me the money like it was nothing. Is there no way to get past this? are there any class combos that could turn the ninja into a tank relying on his blades more? instead of the cursed "million-dollar-NINJUTSU"?

I'm having the exact same problem with ranger, it just isn't feasible unless you have millions of gil to shell out I guess <sigh>

The problem for ninjas is that the only item that is really needed is utusemi powder and, on Valefor at least, that costs almost as much to make as it does to buy. It also requires quite high carpentry to make and quite high alchemy to make some of the components. In the end the overall savings would be mininmal and only seen at a higher lvl.

Unless of course the utusemi powders on your server cost a lot more on the Auction house.

It seems like Rangers have it easier in the "Making essentials" department to me. Whereas all the ninjutsu powders require harder to aquire items and a VERY high skill level in guilds.
