Dual Wield question

I was planning on being a thf/nin but I had a question about dual wield.

How exactly does it work?

If i'm using 2 daggers with dmg 10 and delay 200, would it be like my dmg was 20 and delay was 200? would it be like my dmg is 20 and delay 400? or one thing I read is that you only get the stat boosts from the weapons so does that mean if I had 2 dmg 10 200 delay +1 dex dagger, I would have dmg 10 delay 400 +2 dex total?

Could someone please clear this up (and sorry if this is a repeat of a question already asked (at work and don't have time to look through forum) ).

1x 15DMG 200 delay +3 agi +4dex Added: Fire (yea yea, we all wish)
1x 7dam 150Delay Added: Posion

I don't know how dammage works, but with ninja, you have a delay decrese due to your job trait, but your delay would be 350. - what ever your delay modifyer is) It'd attack once with the 15, once with the 7.

it adds all the delay together so it would be 20 damage and 400 delay..

I don't think it's just 20dmg 400 delay, I know there's 400 delay but each dagger swings once, like a monk.

Dual Wield multiplies a factor to both your weapon's combined delay. At lv10 when you first learn dual wield, that factor is 0.9. This factor decreases as your ninja level becomes higher.

Using Vanguard's example:
2 daggers D10 delay 200
Total delay = (200+200) x 0.9 = 360

That means at a delay of 360, you will be swinging both weapons.

Stat boost on both weapons adds up. So if each weapon gives you +1 DEX you will gain +2 DEX as a result.
