Newb needs some help

Ok....I plan on lvling my thief all the way to lvl30. Then im going to do that ninja quest. The problem is I want NIN my main job, SO my thief can only use stills within lvl15 right? I heard NIN is very expensive.

and o yea This may sound very newbish but, you lvl both jobs at the same time or you lvl them 1 at a time? ( just go the game)

you lvl only youre main job! the subjob doesn´t get any exp, so when u lvl thf till lvl 30 ans sup it and make ninja to main, youre thf lvl is ever the half of youre nin lvl (till nin is lvl 60)
