IMO that makes humes disadvataged =P

And Elvaan and Mithra aren't just as good only better. Ever looked at an Elvaan's ability to evade (or to a lesser extent, their MP)? Ever looked at a Mithra's CHR? Granted, for some jobs these will not come into play (Elvaan DRKs, Mithra RNGs), but for others, the hume "averageness" is a distinct advantage.
Especially for the aforementioned ability to switch jobs on the fly and not suck at them. If I want to level WHM up as a Galka, to use it as a sub? It's going to be a bit more difficult road than if I were a hume, since a hume can switch over more or less without missing a beat.
1+7+1 and 3+3+3 both come out to 9, after all.
