What Stat is most important for ninjitsu?

Which stat has the most bearing on ninjitsu? int, agi, wis ??? just wanting to know thinking of creating a blm/nin to utilize the defensive advantages of ninitsu.

Int for ninjitsu. :/ im not really sure how it would work out. Im just not going to touch ninja until square enix makes them better. They are currently pretty weak.
