1h katana's weapon skills

Ive only gotten the lvl 10 ws (about 4 more levels until i get to 30 ) and it sucks. They seem to have crappy weapon skills and im only happy to learn the level 30 one because i think anything is better than lvl 10. Can anyone tell me what the most powerful ws is? thanks a bunch

www.shadow-dragons.com and go to skills. It shows all of the weapon skills and what they do.
