Okay. So the level 12 Ninjutsu is the early blink ninjutsu. It's a quest in Norg. Who gives the quest? What does the quest consist of? Can someone please explain and not link me to somewhere with the answer but put the answer here? I know there are some Ninjas out there that know. Thanks.
