  • Kamakazi and Duel Wielding

First off does Kamakazi use MP or the Ninja powder? Secondly I read a post saying that if you did a SAM/NIN you could not use Kamakazi or Duel weilding. How does that work because according to the information about jobs you can use all of your support job's abilities except the "super job ability" up to half of your main which would be job ability up to level 35 which would give you Kamakizi (level 1) and Duel Wielding (level 10).

...there is no powder/MP requirement for Kamikaze, but you must be targeting an enemy in combat to use it...Kamikaze is the NIN 2Hr ability, so as a sub /NIN, you will not be able to use it...

if your sub is higher than lv10 applied, you can Dual Wield as sub /NIN...

Thanks for the reply. A few post down someone posted that if you had NIN as your sub job you COULD NOT dual wield but that doesn't quite make sense.

        who said that?! O_o

Dual wielding is the primary reason 99% of people who sub NIN do so in the first place...you just have to make sure it's lv10 or higher...

Read the Samuari/Ninja thread a few down. I read it over again and it sounds like he may have meant you can not use kamakaze and dual wielding at the same time but that doesn't really make sense either considering you can use dual wielding but not kamakaze.

so you can use kamikaze as a way to get back to your bindpoint without losing xp right?

Um, wouldn't the reason a Samurai usually won't be able to utilize the dual wield ability be the fact that they will almost always be using either a Great Katana or Polearm, which are both 2 handed weapons and cannot be dual wielded?
You don't know me, so don't judge me.
