By using it, you can artificially boost your countering rate, I guess.

and, Evasion + Kamaeru (Counter Up) makes you a countering machine, HOWEVER, Kamaeru DRAMATICALLY lowers your defense, so when you do get hit, you'll get messed up O_oComment
