I spent my whole day trying to recieve the purple belt quest. been running around checking fame and doing other tenshodo quests. Still no luck.

Then I talked to Vola in tenshodo HQ, he said
"Well well... I see you have attained your purple belt..."
and gave me the brown belt quest....

I don't remember ever doing the purple belt before ><
