Ninja tank preferred, Monks preferred for offense, and lots of mages is best. The fewer people in AoE range, the better. Avoid bringing rangers and dragoons on this fight, they hurt more than they help.
Otherwise not a particularly difficult battle, as long as you can clear the leeches without trouble.
