Just nabbed these at the AH for 20k... heard the latent works at under 100% TP and for all weaponskills (since, like another latent based on TP, it seems the damage is calculated when your TP resets to 0% upon using a WS.) Has anyone else had experiences using them? A few Monks on a much less reputable forum said that they were second only to Destroyers... so I was just checking around to see what others think.
Using Cross-Counters at the moment, but... um, being able to make a quick 5 mil when I hit 72 to finance my next job or buy BB items or whatever would be nice.
