I was wondering if anyone knows how the hidden effect work. This looks like a good head piece for mnk in pt since AF head isnt really that good.

It drains 99HP every 3 seconds.

And before it happens here like it did on another forum, that is NOT a joke. Just use Voyager Sallet from 41 to Shura Kabuto at 73 like myself!
