There's another video around here from a Lakshmi LS. I think it's Fallen Angels. They show a MNK with it using her 2hr and missing a lot. It's actuallly called nonstop...[something]. There's WAR in there with a Ridill and a Kraken just hacking away at something. But it appears they actually have Club and Sword leveled, so they were hitting at a pretty decent rate. Looks crazy though. Arms and weapons just flailing around. lol

As far as soloing. I guess it depends on what it is, what youre Club skill level is, and what your defense is. But then again, the right job, in the right place, with the right skill can do a fair job at soloing with out the Kraken.

To bad I won't download fraps or anything to record video of stuff in the game. Anyway you should of seen my Monk wail on those armor pieces during the "Festival of the Sword" with the Wooden Katana + Hundred Fist. It was just crazy, they started at full health and ended at 1/4 left after the Hundred Fist.

All Hundred Fist does is reduce the weapon delay to near 0 for like 100 (Inital) hits doesn't matter what weapon is in hand. With a weapon like Kraken if you got it with 8 hits occuring frequently then you could pull out about 800 possible hits with just the Kraken equipped.

If you second another weapon though you reduce the potential amount. Say you got lucky and Kraken always did 8 for the Hundred Fist, then you equip a weapon that only does 1 hit. Then you only get a max of 450 hits, if you got Joyeuse and it did 3 the whole time then still only 550 hits out of the Hundred Fist.

Say MNK/RDM anyone spam out the en- spells >.> or if there's a weapon of intrest with an en- spell that RDMs don't have equip just to get the en-spell then go all out with kraken only.

Lol, that would be sick Kraken Club with Hundred Fist and an en-spell doing like 14 damage a hit. At the end of Hundred Fist that is 22,400 damage (potential).

Lol, give a WHM a heartattack and do MNK/DRK with a enchanted weapon (Just to get en-spell). Then slap on Kraken + Hundred Fist + Souleater + En-spell then watch as you insta-death yourself and the WHM goes

Heh, looked up a few weapons to see if any with en-spell were equippable by MNK. Turns out none were, so guess you can't do that. Still would of been pretty damn funny to see, guess you'd need a SMN to put an en-spell on you to that with MNK/DRK..

Umm, isn't the Wind Damage an additional effect and not an en-spell enchantment? I was ment an enchantment so you can switch off that weapon and still have the en-spell to combine with the Kraken Club in my post.

That way you end up with a Kraken + hundred fist + souleater + en-spell.

a blm in my team last night at ballista had a k club and a genbu's shield and a dalm. what did that mean? he was outdmging everyone for shits and giggles, he'd pop a thundaga III, let his auto-refresh take care of him while he went and smacked the hell out of anyone he could get near. he scored 28 petras and got MVP :D

-10% damage is nice but I bet a Monk would make minced meat of them....Thundaga III would probably be interupted....maybe....not to mention Thundaga III doesnt do enough damage to possibly instant KO any MNK type except Tarutaru (~1700 HP my Taru-75-MNK friend says he has at level 75), and even if it was a Taru, he'd be easily out of the woods with RelicGear/Hero'sDrink/orBodyBoost.

While this is certainly impressive, you have to give your entire team credit as well. Sure, he was standing toe-to-toe with the melee, but I'll bet anything that he had the support of his teammates every single time he did so. On a bad team, that BLM would have died so many times it wouldn't even have been funny.
