Can MNK53/WAR, and RDM53/BLM handle it?

I don't mind having to buy a bunch of healing items, or whatever, but if it's doable, then I will give it a try..

Yep you can. It will be easy with the mage, without the mage, you might need to use your 2hr to fight a couple of the 3 NMs.
