Sorry if it's been asked b4 which i'm sure. but somehow i can't manage to find the thread.

My mnk is near to 39 now and i was wondering if the haste on my belt and the lvl 39 haste feet armor stacks?

While I myself have never tested out if item based % haste stacks (and if it does, does it stack additively, or by some weird calculation that S-E is prone to do?), the general consensus seems to be that item based % haste does stack.

Sorry I couldn't of more help.

Beleive it or not I think it stacks in addition fashion.

      Example:
      Brown Belt (8%) + Fuma Kahyan (3%) + Panzer Mask (2%) = 13% Haste

The actual Haste spell its self is 25% "I think". Thats the range it feels like anyway, somewhere between 20%-30%. This stacks additively as well.

With Haste cast on you and the above equipment on you barely notice a delay in your attacks at 75, so there is no way they stack percentage wise....

Well that's tough to say really, the percent increases are so small that weather you did it by adding or by a compilation of percent on percent the value differences are not big differences.

With the above like you mentioned doing additive saying that haste is a number value like 200 all that comes to 276. Do that with percent compiling on percent, because of the small percentages you get to 283. That's only a 7 point difference so of course identifying how it does it isn't easy to tell.

        EDIT:

The closest and probably best way to tell this you can do it threw foods and abilities. If you use Berserk and eat a Meat Mithkabob (Both are 21% boosts to attack if I remember right) then at 156 attack you should have 221 Attack. Doing it in an additive method gets you to that, but in a percentage on percentage the number is slightly to high.

I'd have to agree with Redlimit here, from my experiance and knowledge, haste items stack just like addition.
