I absolutely loathe having to ask for help on something that should be so simple,
but for some ungodly reason I cannot flag the Black Belt quest.
As you can see in my sig, I've already completed the first 2 belt quests.
I've gotten my norg fame to rank 9 (the fame checker in norg speaks of altana.)
and I've taken the advice of monks who have gotten the quest to change my title to 'Brown Belt'.
Speaking to Vola does nothing, when I exit the tenshodo HQ nothing happens.
I do not believe it is a lvl restriction,
because one person who has flagged it is at least 3 lvls below me
and though possible, I doubt said person would lie about flagging it
as she helped a more reliable person flag it.
I am at a complete loss, what in god's name am I missing?
