Which Race has the best fighting Animation?

Hey all,

I was just curious to see which race of monk has the best looking fighting animation or is there even a difference. Also, if anyone could provide a video of different races fighting, I would much appreciate.

Elvaan Male.

Nearest I can tell, S-E made Elvaan Male, and got fed up with making detailed/cool animations and decided they just wanted their fucking money...

THUS, for monk. The Elvaan Female, Mithra, Hume M&F, Taru M&F aren't as good looking. (Cept maybe after lvl 60 Weapon skills were it seems they stepped it up a bit...the Taru Asuran Fists backflip at the end is classic.)

Elvaan look better doing just about everything cept casting White Magic, Riding a Chocobo, running and doing Spirit's Within WS.

...and typically with Galka they make the best DD. (cept THF, arguably RNG and NIN)


...all this from a Mithra. ^_^;

i don't really have any favorite race when it comes to stances. all of the mithras stances are crouched forward, hume female stances are leaned backward, and elvan male and female stances are always standing upright. those are the stances that are probably the most unique.

Hmm... I like Elvaan and Hume...but I guess the Elvaan has the best stances. Ah well...

I think Hume Male looks the best for Monk. Elvaan leans into their punches waay too much, looks awkward... For 2 handed weapons and sword/axe I like Elvaan stance the best, for dagger Mithra.

nothing's worse than the elvaan female stance.. same goes for any stance! cept sword stance..

elvaan looks ok with mnk, kinda side ways, but standing straight up... they lean into there punches too much? naw, just putting more power into it, like you'd expect from the race with the highest str

just if you pick elvaan please don't play nin... not only do they suck at it, but the stance is so bad that it'll make u wanna quit

hmm.. elvaan female nin stance looks pretty decent to me, not sure bout male, they look ok.. but just don't let them carry daggers.. it's really bad..

Best mnk stance? Well I only seen male Hume and male Elvaan mnks fight. From those two I'll have to say I like the Hume stance. The Elvaan stance is just an upright stance; it looks the same when they walk. When I was hunting with a Elvaan mnk I couldn't tell if he was fighting or just standing there.

Anyways I do like how the Elvaan combo looks; looks like they muy thai kickboxing.

i think the answer to this is obvious...TARU! nothing better than seeing a 2 foot tall cabbage patch kid punching the hell out of something. never seen one do asuran fists although i did hear about the back flip before. taru's just look so damn funny when they're hardcore. like a taru casting ninjitsu...its great,,,
