I am a lvl 16 Galka monk and I'm wondering if I should buy San d'Orian Cesti (Dmg: +3 Dly: +38 Vs. Fire: 2 Accuracy: 3 Attack: 2), or Bastokan Knuckles (Dmg: +5 Dly: +86 HP: 2 MP: 2 Accuracy: 2 Attack: 3).

I hope one of you can help me.

Unlike other jobs, I've found mnks don't have to change weapons that often, I know it's not the exact answer you were looking for, but maybe this will help.

This is what weapons I've used up till now;

Level 1-9, Cesti
Level 9-15, Brass Knuckles
Level 15-20, Bastokan Knuckles
Level 20-32, Cougar Baghnakhs
Level 32-50, Impact Knuckles
Level 50-Now, Tactician Magician's Hooks

Level 58-65, Spartan Cesti
Level 65+ Spartan Cesti and/or Shivas Claws

So yeah, I'd go for the Bastokan Knuckles personally. But hopefully this'll give you an idea of what weapons to use at what levels. Other people probably have other ideas, but this is what I done at least, and it's been pretty successful.

Dont know about those. I used "Strike Bahknaks" till lvl 32, then
switched to Impact Knuckles.

Yes, I suppose there isnt a whole lot of difference in H2H weapons at earlier levels, but having the best one for your current level will help you get in pt's. Some players (myself included) will pass over someone for outdated weapons and armor.

If you have the money, spend it.

If you buy Republic Knuckles they are will be the best knucks you can get until Impacts

i prefer the Brass Baghnakhs+1 at 11 myself...

only costs like 5-7k
