You're only lv. 10, dont worry about what to wear. Get the cheap stuff(gi's) and continue leveling.

Get the level 8 set gi, and use the bastok cp grapples. (I forget what they're called). And you're whitebelt.

Or, since you're from Sandoria, probably at Auction House, though you'll likely pay more, but that's life.
