The quest can be offerd from Paujean at Tensho-do 1F in Port Bastok. You must have some fame of Tensho-do to be offerd.
Quest details:
Bring Rampaging Ram's horn and Lumbering Lumbert's horn. Rampaging Ram(RR) appears at Konschtat Highlands by lottery pop of Tremor Ram. Lumbering Lumbert(LL) appears at La Theine Plateau by lottery pop of Battering Ram.
You must hit Lv36 or higher to defeat them by solo. (I suggest you be around lv 40 or so)Kujata server:
