it's just an another weapon skill, which is physical ws, and like spuncan says, 8 hits and the more tp u have, the more accuracy bonus u'll get. no effect such as stun.

i think the name of the ws in the NA release is Asuran Fist. its in the auto translator i think.
also, 'Spiral Wave' for the DRKs is 'Spiral Hell'. i guess not all things translate literally
