Monk/White Mage

Would this combo work okay? I was just thinking about this because this would go pretty good with a Elvaan monk any thoughts?

meh, not really mnks really are for dishing out damage i mean i was in Valkurm and the monks in my PT made my attack power look pitiful and i was a 17 war and they were a 16mnk i was doing like 17+ a swing with my axe and they were doing like 20+ a hit(they hit twice.) They are godly in the begining of the game. I guess whm would be ok if you wanted to solo a bit just not in a PT.

Yeah like he said, maybe if your soloing or you PT is absolutly desperate for a healer. (at which point they would probably ask you to go WHM/MNK anyway) However, they aren't only good at the begining, due to their 2 hour they are always wanted for missions at all lvs, and their 200 WS is incredible.
