I don't ever plan to sell my mezraq. Could be why i am so poor (I never sold my ice lance +1, o lance, and for some reason bought a tourny lance, martial lance, stone splitter and dreizack >.>)

i still think mezraq is better...
i believe mezraq's evasoin down is alot better than the new lance's double attack+3%, for a meat eatting DRG at least ^^.

It's not. It has a 20% proc rate I believe right? At that point in the game people should have at least some weapon merits. It would only really help against Mamool Ja (particularly THF types) where as the Double Attack +3% can be seen as a 3% boost to overall damage for you.
