New names in Norg?

Hey, i'm trying to get the name "Milo" for my wyvern.. and I've been searching on the net for a while and everyone is SO useless at leaking this information.. can someone please tell me the NPC name and location.. I've clicked almost every NPC in the area I am beginning to think it's down that tunnel behind the Galka.. Please someone help.

it's near the galka, by the AH. Check around the poles, there's someone hiding around one of them, talk to them (with DRG as your main job), and they'll offer to change it.

NPC's name is Fouvia, located at (F-7) in Norg.

Thanks for the help guys.. My Wyvern is now called Milo ^^
