  • Dragoon!! I cant wait.

Hi there Everyone, Im soon to approach lvl 30 and cant wait to unlock Dragoon, It seems like a fun job to play, I like the look of the abilities and how the JUMP abilty sheds hate, I also noticed that not many players are happy with the job becuase there isnt much in the way of choice of abilities. Im not sure if they are actual Dragoon players or if they are the usual party leaders that cast judgement on a job without playing it.

I hope you guys can give me some advice on the job.

Also I think the Wyvern looks very generic its a shame we should be able to equip it maybe with a kinda helmet or claws maybe even bangles giving is unique *ish* looking wyverns. The only thing ive seen different is the names lol.

I dont know if thats a good idea but it seems the dragoons are getting a bad rep.

    Myself personally I cant wait

Glad to hear you going to join us.

A few points if I may.
Don't let it get you down,IMO DRG is a very fun job to play.
If you sub a mage job/learn healing breath trigger for every lvl,
    Thats where the fun starts.

Jump doesn't shed hate. High Jump and Super Jump do, but not Jump.

Advice? You may want to work on that inability to wait. As a Dragoon, waiting is something you will probably do a lot of.

There is no rush. If you're not willing to take your time, don't be surprised when no one wants to give you much of theirs.

Yeah don't let the anti-dragoon talk get you down. I love the job. Trick is to solo while waiting for parties. Sometimes it slow going, but it pays off. I lvl up more soloing/duoing then in parties. It also gives you the opportunity to really understand your job well.

Also DRG eqiupment can be pretty sparse, so invest in the good stuff. You get more milege out of each piece then you would with other jobs that have more options.
