ive been thinking of making a theif/dragoon tarutaru .. how incredibly gimped will i actually be? will no one party with me if i do? i probably wont make it if its goin to be more pain then fun

Taru theif is cool im fine ith that as long as the sub in nin or war or even mnk!
Now if you have drgoon sub....No wyvern, war sub has more str, jump is worthless because theifs can't(?) use spear.....the list goes on.
But again if you really really wanna be a taru thf/drg go ahead but the path will be hard as hell.Grever---Bard 32, War 30, Rdm 20, Pal 15, Mnk 10, Rng 25, Thf 15....most others around lvl 7.

I honestly wouldn't suggest this as a viable job. I don't know exatly how gimped, but all you really get from this (aside from some stat boosts that I'm not sure of) would be a couple of jumps. No Wyvern. DRG as a sub, unfortunately, seems a bad idea everywhere ><34 WAR, 11 RNG, 18 MNK, 13 WHM, 31 SAM, 10 NIN, 63 DRG, 15 PLD, 11 THF, 25 RDM

The only subs you are ever allowed to use are:
- All of the basic jobs
- DRK
- NIN
- SAM
- SMN
- Um...
- That's it.
- No DRG.
