So how did the update affect Dragoon healing etc?

No, the update gave the DRG an ability called Spirit link, which allows you to sacrifice your HP and give it to your Wyvern.

Although a very nice ability, and it serves its purpose really well, it still doesn't change te fact that the Wyvern's output during a fight is very minimal at best. Also, there are some mobs out there that will just destroy your Wyvern, with or without using Spirit Link (exping in Ro'Maeve in the 70s is an example).

My only gripe with Spirit Link? The HP conversion is on a fixed scale, so say if your Wyvern needs 30 HP, it'll still syphon about 300 HP from the DRG. :sweat:
