Sub(s) needed for fighting HNMs?

What are they, and when should they be used? I only have a war sub, which is what i use for leveling. but i know i'll need other subs for HNM fights. i heard whm was good so you can save the white mages mp. and you can stoneskin/blink yourself.

I would guess WHM sub would be the best for Dragoon during most things. The wyvern healing (Especially with AF Helm on) should help out with mages MP a little and you can take off debuffs etc.. off yourself and that helps with MP also

Ninja for HNMs with nasty AE melee attacks.

WAR, SAM, THF, RDM or WHM. NIN wouldn't a bad idea, but not really necessary.
