Drg/mnk

Hiyas.. i am new to this forum so dont slap me if this have been on before...

will drg/mnk work?!

early lvls yes, (30ish)

i am curently a lvl 36drg/18war. so to give a little info on what i know the only ability adv you would get from drg/mnk would be boost/focus/doge, and the hp boost that would help you as a drg. the h2h bost would be lost unless you used h2h with your drg which can be done but not a smart idea. the only drg's i see getting partys are the ones with thf, war, and sam subed. i don't see that many low lvl drg/sam dut after 30 i see drg/thf more often anything lower then 30 people look for them to tank. you can try it though good luck, and don't give up on dragoon its by far my fav job and i have tried my hand at all of them

MNK is generally not the ideal subjob for anything but WAR.

If you're leveling MNK, do it either to go monk all the way or to sub it as WAR. If you intend on switching to an advanced melee job, go level WAR. You can't go wrong with WAR as a subjob for any melee job.

THF/WAR
MNK/WAR
SAM/WAR
DRK/WAR
DRG/WAR
RNG/WAR
NIN/WAR
PLD/WAR

are all good.

THF also makes a good subjob for most melee, though it's debateable, and isn't as universally good as /WAR (i.e. RNG/THF, PLD/THF, and arguably NIN/THF would not be good).

it depends on the class what jobs can be subjobs like a mitha drg/thf rng/nin or (nin/thf) most nin i see have either thf or war subed. but nin is more of a sub job on my server i have only seen 2 or 3 nin past the lvl of 40. one of my ls members is a drg/thf he has never subed war with his drgoon and is lvl 61 now. so the best bet is if you want to be a drg make sure you can sub war,thf,or sam, would go as far as to say drg/drk if you want to have alot hate. becuase those 2 are the same when it comes to power and damage done soul eater will kill any drk/drg becuase every hit would be over 120+ dmg and thats alot for a lvl 30 drk
