My lv 70 dragoon friend is still using it, and he just beat Maat with it so you could theoretically use it through your 70's

depends on your acc really.

You can upgrade to cermet lance at 68? i think, but you lose 5acc i believe.

Cermet Lance is lv 66

80 dmg 452 delay +2 accuracy

Delay is somewhere around there, might be exact...or was it 462...i dont remember but its a good deal lower than normal lances.

That Lance is good till 75. Unless you want to look very uncool.
