Need Help With WS!!

I am working to become a DRG..but for now i am still a warrior.
In any case, I am unsure of when is the most effective time to use my polearm weaponskills (double thrust, and thunder thrust). I usually use my tp at around 100%. Double usually does around twice as much....while thunder does usually less or about the same when fighting enemies weak to thunder.

My question is how much more effective will these two weapon skills be if i wait for 200% and 300%?

300 will increase the damage quite a bit but 200 wont be a huge change. It may be best just to use it at 100, thats what i do

Also, elemental weapon skills help quite a bit when fighting
things with high defense, i.e. snippers, clippers, thickshells..
