Dragoon's Dragons

Ok, Does your Dragon grow any or get any bigger as you lvl?
For Example : If i'm lvl 25 Dragoon, does my dragon get any bigger than the blue one that i've only seen. Usually i've seen it as the same little dragon.

Also, i've heared depending on your stats is what your Dragons Characteristics will be, is that true.

no it always stays little.
Your subjob will affect how the wyvern acts. ie if your sub is a warrior, it will act agressively and do special attacks, if your sub is whm/rdm then it will heal you when you get below a certain point.
