how to obtain JSE armor for dragoon

i was wondering how you get jse armor for dragon. are there quests you have to do for it like the af armor or is it player made (if so which guild if so which guild allows you to make it and how high up is it?) thanks for the info.

It's crafted from a HNM bone dropped from one of the new HNMs. You'd need insane bone working skill in order to craft it. That's why it's so rare. Few of the items have been obtained and very few people have the crafting skill needed to make it.

I'm talking mainly about the chest piece. The other parts seem more common so they are probably crafted from lower items and skill.
