Dragoon Jump Animation?

Could any1 describe how the jump animation looks, or post a link to a video clip that shows the animation. I'm just curious to how it will look :spin:

Yeah.... I'm planning on becoming a Dragoon when I get the game this Christmas (damn, I wish it was Chritmas time already.... I also get my Alienware then, Muwahahaha....sorry). Dragoon's gunna be the most kick ass job, but I definitely wanna see some footage of one kicking the ass before I decide (like that's gunna make a difference). Hey, what makes a good subjob for Dragoons. I keep hearing that Warrior and Samurai and the best and White Mage is pretty good for loners.

Jump...

First, it's insanely fast(maybe a 1 seconds animation).

You jump up in the air, surrounded by a cloud of dust, land on the monster, and jump back.

I have a lot of jump screenshots I could post if anyone wants, really good lighting, and I've gotten about 30 so I have almost all the positions for it (I wish I could take a 5 second movie clip)

Out of curiousity are the animations for jump II and jump III different? I've never seen them performed, and don't want any screenshots (if no one does one around me, mine will be the first I see =D just want to know if it is different. a friend of mine said you could see the person dissapear if you were looking straight up, and they would dissapear into a twinkle.

Yes it is extremely fast. I don't have it yet but a high lvl drg was helping me with something and he jumped around like 1 second. he was switching targets and getting aggro off me it was really cool how fast he was jumping on them

Jump (at least the first one) is ungodly fast. all i know is when im trying to camp something i sub drg for jump its way faster than provoke or dia.

I had a level 15 DRG in the Beta, At one time, 6 people in my LS who were Expan Jobs got together in S.Gustaberg for a Screenshot.

While we were posing this little unsuspecting bee was trotting along behind us, messing up the screenshot.

Jump~!

My character disappears from the frame for about half a second, the Bee is slaughtered, and I suddenly return back to my original pose from the screenshot lol

It was so funny!

Oh... Jump is also incredibly High in the air ^_^;;
High enough that you can't see it.
