POst a list of abilities and what level they must be on to acquire them and why would someone want to PT with a dragoon

First, go to the FFXIOnline main page, then look down the left side and look for the links reading "Active Abilities" and "Passive Abilities," in these you can see the active and passive abilities for the Dragoon as well as all the other classes. To the next part of your question: a PT would want a Dragoon because Dragoons deal pretty good damage. If you have enough accuracy, the Dragoon's jumps (especially using a lance, as opposed to the spear) can deal some nice damage from what I've heard.Yeah, that's what you think!
