Resetting AF quests?

A friend of mine just returned to the game after a long while. He's a lvl 60DRK.
We were wondering... Who do you talk to to reset his AF quests?
Another thing, is it ONE NPC for ALL jobs? Or does each job have their own NPC for resetting AF quests? Thanks.

One NPC for all jobs. In order to reset the quests for any one job, you must have completed the AF3 quest for that job. The NPC is someplace in the bar in Lower Jeuno as I recall.
