ACC and ATT relationship?

I've recently heard a rumor that raising your attack lowers your accuracy. I've been coming to these forums for a long time, and this its only a week ago that I started hearing this. If it was true I would think I would have read about it some where on this site or at least be able to find it searching the Drk forum, but I haven't/can't.
So I want to ask: is it true that raising your attack (with out raising you accuracy through eqiupment) actualy lowers accuracy?

That's total nonsense. Equipping/UnEquipping Amemit Mantle+1 and Bomb Core have no effect whatsoever on your accuracy.

Yeah, thats what I thought. When I questioned this it was backed up with an example that when you use 'boost' you miss more. I think they just notice missing more after they boost.

Yeah, they're just anticipating a massive hit, and miss. Similar to the old, "Every time I use mighty strikes/blood weapon, i miss for 30 seconds straight!!!" complaint.
