it's dropped off insane NM fly in Riverine site A1 which is capped at lv 40 and you will need to be on promethia mission 2-5 before you can get there.
The NM spawns 10 copies of itself and will all link. Best to sleep them all with a brd or get smn's and astral flow them all to death.
It's probably easier to farm up the gil for a sniper +1 XD75/bst, 60/smn, 51/rdm, 46/whm, 40/blm, 37/nin, 37/thf, 37/war, 32/sam, 25/brd, 10/pld, 7/mnk
