I've seen it on JP sites and stuff but only listed as +1 attack. I didnt think much of it cause +1 attack is too low to think about.

No clue where it's from though, but I could imagine where the other lvl 50 JSE leg pieces are coming from. ie. lvl 50 Sam legs with +Store TP.
