Lvling Scythe

I'm a lvl 40 drk/20war I started using GS ever since lvl 1 never really touched scythe because I Didn't like how it looked and yeah that was a horrible choice. Basically I need to start lvling my scythe quick its at 70 right now and need some tips on how to lvl it. I've seen various posts on how to lvl it some say to use a lvl 1 scythe and kill lvl 20 stuff..this worked for me when scythe was at lvl 1 but now id be lucky if it gains 0.1 every kill. Other people say use ur own lvl scythe and just kill the lvl 20 stuff too. So basically I'm not sure which is a better idea or is there a even better one if anyone can help me out I would appreciate it. Thank you.

You can roughly get monster level x 3 in skill from a monster.. So killing level 20 stuff will only get you up to 60~70 skill..

Go kill level 30 stuff..

If i were you I would just find people that want to level weapons skills together. I know that people are interested in doing it and all you do is get 6 guys together and go somewhere like crawlers nest and fight easy things its going to be a slow process but that is pretty much the only way you can do it. Also another thing you can do is when doing missions or quests , nm hunting or anything just use scythe. its a 2 handed weapon so it should level up pretty quick.
