The easiest way to prove it would be to get a Drk lower than 25 (No Arcana Killer ability) to fight an Arcana mob, and see if it gives any intimidate messages - I'm thinking it will - Arcana Killer is just to give you a fighting edge over it, more dmg/acc, not to intimidate it.

i have no idea how some of u reached that conclusion...
anyways, straight from playonline.com; (source URL: http://www.playonline.com/comnewsus/200312162201.html)
Adjustments have been made to the "Killer" job traits and "Circle" abilities.
Previously, these abilities had a "Haste" or "Slow" effect. However, now when a monster is attacking a PC with the appropriate "Killer" job trait or a PC under the protection of a "Circle" ability, the creature is occasionally intimidated and unable to attack, similar to the "paralyzed" effect.
The message "(Monster) is intimidated by (Character's) presence" will appear in the log window when the effect takes place. "Killer" meal effects will also be treated in the same way as described above.
In relation to these changes, the "Circle" abilities will now last for one minute and will be available for use once every ten minutes.

scythes and swords don't have any weaknesses or strengths (as in getting a damage bonus or penalty on certain monsters), whereas spears, bows, guns are strong vs certain mobs and weak vs bones, and the opposite for grapples. No strength does kinda suck, but at least we can kill everything for exp.

I'm pretty sure that Swords and Scythes have a weakness do Undead (or bones). I use a sword all the time (of course), and I do a lot less damage to undead then other mobs. I can hit a quadav for 100 a hit, then I hit a undead of the same level and all of a sudden I'm doing 60ish per hit.
I wish the "killer" effects made my damage better to those type of mobs, and have the new effect that's in the game now. I just don't like relying on a ability that might only work once every fight with that type of mob. Though I have noticed that when I use Holy Circle, that the chance of it getting scared of me goes up like 50%. I've had mobs not swing at me for 10 rounds in a row =o before. But if I don't have that circle ability up, it rarly works. If you define cowardice as running away at the first sign of danger, screaming and tripping and begging for the enemy no not see you. Then yes, Mr. Braveman, I guess I'm a coward
"Well I calculated the odds of this succeeding versus doing something incredabily stupid, and... I decided to go ahead anyway."
