Question to you lvl 50+ drks (Awntawn et al) regarding money making

Hi guys, yes I know, this has probably been asked before. But I feel really gimp being almost lvl 52 w/o any sniper rings (much less haubergeon and sniper ring +1's).

My question is how on EARTH do you afford your gear? What do you farm? Where can I make the money to buy this stuff? (I won't even ask about peacock charm ; .

I got both my snipers from farming batallia downs. I farmed them for about 1 week. Sold all my hides to the npc and the fangs to the NPC for the fang quest in sandoria.

I got 2 snipers and a life belt and i still miss the beetles alot

I farmed for a week (and it wasn't fun) and got my full RSE, sold it. Currently need 1 more Sniper's Ring which I'll get the money for before lvl 58

Easily get about 300k gil to 1-2 million.

I don't farm anymore I just do BCNM40. Erase dropped on my second fight and that was enough for both sniper rings.

Now I just get random people to do BCNM40 with me and use their seals and give them a percentage of the profit.

My guess he's planting Tree Cuttings in a Porcelain Pot, feeding it two light crystals, making it grow Platinum Nuggets.
