How many Drk/Thf's are there running around 'cause I don't want to be something everyone is going to be

Then don't be a Dark Knight, lol. I'm a DRK/THF, most of the time, until I level my Warrior and Samurai subs, then I'll switch between them. I believe that's what most do. Level those three subs (WAR, SAM, and THF) and use whatever is needed at the time.

uhhh... at higher lvls most Drk's do not have only one SJ.

They switch SJ's depending on what is needed.

ie. if a PT is missing a hate displacer, usually ask the Drk to be Drk/thf. Of course if PT has a thf already, Drk/thf isnt needed and Drk can sub something else.

This is why in the comments, for most players (not just Drk) usually have a list of which SJ they have lvled.

isn't really so crazy on the thf sub until after lv65. After that I think it outshines the other 2 subjobs in usefulness. the lv225 WSs are powerful combined with fuidama so it makes drk a really good replacement as theif. Most all drk that level fast or have high rank you do a /sea all they are usually subbed thf. So i would say if you want to put off leveling subs for a while just war or sam is okay until 65, then /thf is a must to be leveled. <all my personal opinion>

btw theres a reason why most drk at higher level are all sub thf when you do a /sea. people farm with /thf sub when they get nothing to do. even lv60+ full AF people are still killing tigers in Batallia Downs, Beaks in Sauromugue Champaign.

As Aldo said, /thf is used with cross reaper and spin slash for awesome damage. can't do this with war or sam sub.

Also, from 60+, I suggest /thf purely because it's the safest way to do 1200 damage and live. I've tried all subs and I'm biased towards /thf purely because it hasn't killed me yet ^^

well looks like I won't be doing the Drk/thf as a job/sub. eh that's ok I've got an Idea for another useful class
